Terms of Supply
Standard commercial conditions and quality standards for manufacturing and supply.
1. Contracting Entity
All commercial orders, manufacturing agreements, and supply contracts for mechanical components are formally concluded with PAUN PARTS DOO, Novi Sad, Serbia. Sales support and technical advisory services are provided in coordination with our Swedish sales office (PAUN PARTS AB).
2. Technical Specifications & Quotations
Quotations are issued based on customer-provided drawings (2D/3D CAD), stated tolerances, surface finishes, material grades, and batch volumes. Any subsequent changes to drawings or specifications require mutual written agreement and may affect unit pricing or delivery lead times.
3. Quality Assurance & Inspection
Manufacturing is overseen under PAUN PARTS DOO’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Inspection protocols, dimensional CMM reports, and material certificates (e.g. EN 10204 2.2 or 3.1) are prepared and delivered according to agreed control plans before goods leave Serbia.
4. Delivery, Customs & Logistics
Deliveries are arranged directly to your designated warehouse or production facility under agreed Incoterms (such as DAP or DDP). PAUN PARTS DOO coordinates carrier transport and handles export customs clearance, EUR.1 origin preference documentation, and transit tracking.
